The TacSac is a quality messenger bag. From the zippers to the pockets inside. For my use I wish I would have bought the bigger one.

Fast delivery, great quality and look but... I had to return it. I carry file cabinet, file folders with me every day and I was not able to fit them in the 13 and close the zipper. Too bad, I really liked it.
